Our very own Patty Shirk, Project/Program Manager, participated in the 22nd Annual Vermont Employee Ownership Center (VEOC) Conference on June 1st at the University of Vermont Davis Center. Patty and other workshop panelists walked conference goers through the process of building a D.E.I.B. (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) culture for employee-owned companies. Patty shared learnings from 89 North and its sister company Chroma Technology Corp. We're proud of the meaningful work Patty has spearheaded in this important area.
